Small Group Strength Coaching

This isn’t just another class — it’s expert-led strength coaching in a supportive small-group environment designed to help you feel strong, confident, and capable.

Train in small groups of 3–6 women, where you’ll enjoy the motivation of a team while still receiving individual coaching and attention.

Every session follows a structured, progressive programme so you can build strength safely and see consistent progress.

How You Can Train With Me

Option 1: Commit Membership (Most Popular)

Secure your weekly training slot and build consistency with your training.

How it works:

  • Choose 1 or 2 sessions per week
  • Train at the same day and time each week
  • Your weekly slot is guaranteed
  • Membership is billed in 4-week blocks
  • £20 per session

Best for:

  • Securing your weekly training space
  • Building routine, accountability, and consistency

Included:

  • Free online training access through the training app

Planned Leave & Late Cancellations

  • 4 weeks’ notice is required for planned leave.
  • With less than 4 weeks’ notice, the session will still be charged to secure your weekly space. You will still have access to the session via the training app.
  • If your slot is filled by a Flex booking, you will receive a session credit.
  • Illness, injury, or special circumstances: sessions may be credited with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If a session drops below 3 participants (for example due to illness or last-minute commitments), the session may be cancelled. Where possible, I will aim to give at least 24 hours’ notice and offer one of the following:

  • An alternative session time or day
  • A credit or refund for that session

Option 2: Flex Membership

Flexible training with no weekly commitment.

  • Book sessions online when space is available
  • £21 per session (£1 covers payment processing and admin)

Best for:

  • Busy or unpredictable schedules
  • Commit members wanting an extra session
  • Anyone who prefers weekly flexibility

Extra Information:

  • Pay when booking (spaces released weekly)
  • No refunds after booking
  • Weekly sessions are not guaranteed
  • Free online training access when attending 2+ sessions within a 4-week block
  • A short welcome session is required before attending your first session so you can join a suitable team
